Shiver padded in and lay down, she was just about to fall asleep when pain stabbed at her stomach, "Wavefeather! Dartingpaw!" she called.
Dartingpaw raced in and seeing the queen was about to kit stayed to help.

Soon four kits lay beside her suckling happily. "I think I will name the first little brown tom Cobrakit, the second gray she-kit Petralkit, the third black tom will be Stormkit and the last white she-kit will be Whitekit" Shiver told Dartingpaw, purring.
Dartingpaw looked at Whitekit, there was something wrong but she didn't really know what it was. She shook her head, it was probably nothing.
the little kit pads in and looks at the newborn kits and gives a purr, she then lays near shiver, "they are beautiful shiver, may i ask as i was a kittypet, are you going back to them? you should stay with us bring your kittypet mate he could live here aswell" she then nudges stormkit closer to shivers belly and smiles.
Shiver looked at the kit sadly, "No, I could never live here, I am not a warrior at heart but I know my kits will be" she purred, suddenly she noticed something that sent a shiver down her spine. Each of the kits had reacted to their voices except one. "Whitekit.... Whitekit..." Shiver said tentatively but the kit didn't respond, instead continuing to suckle.
"but what about when you have to leave what will they do, kittypets arent aloud here usually, you will almost never see them not know how they are what their warrior names will be or even if they die" she murmured softly watching whitekit, "shiver i think she is deaf... may i look at her?" the little kit looks at the big cat
"she has blue eyes shiver, kits with white fur and blue eyes are almost always deaf, maybe i could spend time getting to know her and i could see if i could communicate with her and maybe i could help her mentor train her..." fadedkit looks at whitekit blinking her only eye showing the kit the other sorrowfully scared eye. She flicked her tail in a small command to stand up hoping the kit would stand
Fadedkit looks kindly at petralkit and smiles happily at cobrakit and paws him over the ears playfully and licked his ear, she turls to petralkit, "this happened when i was just born my father killed my other siblings and almost killed me..." she mewed softly.
she looks sweetly to cobrakit and licked his forehead, "im ok now thanks to watchingclan" she nudged whitekit, stormkit, and petralkit. she then lookes at shiver, "may i take the other kits to visit the apprentices?"
Fadedkit pads along to the entrance and out toward the clearing, she looks at the kits keeping them all in her sight as she pads to the apprentice den.
Shiver smiled, "My kits are outside if your kits want to join them?" she asked smiling fondly at the two kits. 'maybe Brightflower could help?' she thought.

Whitekit felt another presence and slowly opened her eyes revealing a bright blue, she looked around with wide eyed curiosity.
All the other kits opened their eyes at the same time, Cobrakit with emerald green eyes, Petralkit with soft grey eyes and Stormkit with blue eyes.

Stormkit looked over and nudged her to her paws.
Whitekit realized what her brother meant and stumbled to her paws, she was defiantly the most adventurous.
Petralkit stumbled toward Fadedkit looking curiously at her eye.
Cobrakit batted Petralkit on the head,
"It's rude" he hissed.
Shiver smiled, she knew Whitekit would do fine without her.
(I skipped ahead a little too when they can talk)

Petralkit didn't seem much interested, it wasn't that she didn't care because she did, she was just distracted with other things.
Stormkit relayed this to Whitekit before flicking his tail in sympathy.
Whitekit notised this and flicked her ears to show that she felt sorry.
"Whitekit says she feels sorry that that happend but you have a whole new family now" Stormkit said.

Whitekit guessed what was said by Petralkit's behaviour and quickly followed.
Stormkit followed, bounding along.
